I-FEVS (Electric Vehicles Factory, Italy)
At I-FEVS, an electric vehicle manufacturing facility in Italy, two SUS4 modules were deployed: The Process Level Optimization module and the Production Line Level optimization module. They resulted in significant gains in productivity and cost savings for the factory.

SUS4 was born out of the SUS4 project, which was funded by EIT Manufacturing and the European Union. The project aimed to drive innovation in industrial efficiency and sustainability. Building on the success of the project, LMS and CASP, two of the project’s key partners, came together to form the SUS4 startup. The company was established with the goal of further developing the solution and bringing it to market, offering advanced software that helps manufacturers optimize their operations, reduce energy consumption, and meet sustainability goals. Today, SUS4 continues to innovate and expand, empowering companies worldwide to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
SUS4 Project Description
In the fast-evolving landscape of the last decade, energy consumption, particularly in electricity, has shown a consistent upward trend. Looking ahead, the next 10-15 years are poised for even greater escalation. We recognize the critical need for sustainable solutions in energy consumption, and this realization birthed the sus4 project. The implementation of solutions demands high levels of expertise, posing a significant barrier for small and medium-sized manufacturers, who may not have the capacity to engage specialists.
Our mission in the sus4 project is to bridge this gap, making sustainable energy solutions accessible and applicable for small and medium manufacturers. We're committed to demystifying complexity, bringing practical, implementable solutions to the forefront, and empowering businesses to navigate the changing energy landscape seamlessly.
